Ouf-Ouf's World is the brainchild of Joe Buckingham, a seriously disturbed English teenager. Now in its third incarnation, the site has grown and developed over the last five years. The web pages are created and edited in Adobe Dreamweaver, and the animations are done in Adobe Flash. Graphics are created with Inkscape, Adobe Photoshop or Arcsoft Photostudio. Sound is recorded with Audacity and a cheap microphone. The fonts used are Georgia (for Internet Explorer users) or HVD Comic Serif and Minya Nouvelle for users of Firefox, Opera or Safari. Why Ouf-Ouf? Well, it's what I called myself when I was little. Presumably my way of saying "Joe-Joe", it's pronounced "oof-oof". Yes, I am aware that it's also the name of an Arabic song, and translates into French as a rather questionable sound effect. I did not know that when I bought the domain name. :P
